Spiritual Formation Opportunities

Blessings as we enter this new year! I am excited to share with you a few invitations and reminders as we prepare for 2018 Spiritual Formation Ministries.

The deadline for the Spiritual Formation and Companioning Program is just around the corner, January 26, 2018. Three Spiritual Retreats hosted by Spiritual Formation Ministries will be taking place this year in Santa Cruz (CA), Independence, and Kirtland. These are wonderful opportunities to experience sacred community, spiritual growth, and renewal. All of these retreats have been created to help participants integrate spiritual formation into their everyday lives and ministry. We hope you will consider attending and invite those in your area to share in this ministry as well.

Daily Bread (http://www.cofchrist.org/daily-bread#!/) continues to be a meaningful daily practice of sharing sacred story with our faith community. We have some excellent writers who have contributed to our upcoming series for Lent! If you are aware of writers in your area who might be willing to contribute, or if you have stories to share, we are always happy to receive them. Additionally, we still provide a PDF version of the Daily Bread each month to be printed for those who do not have access to a computer. If you are aware of people who need this, please let me know and we can add you to the distribution list.

I am available if you need support with spiritual formation in your area, would like ideas for resources, or want to share your thoughts for relevant spiritual formation ministries in the future. I am grateful for the work you do and the opportunity to share with you in ministry!
